Since completing his Master of Fine Arts from Chapman University, Jim has worked for several years as a writer for hire for a variety of companies. Beyond that, his nonfiction has been published in the Los Angeles Times, Prevention File, AbsoluteWrite.com and on ScriptMag.com.
Jim's latest article ~ "Mr. Literate" ~ hit newsstands inside the pages of Script Magazine.
His film, The Really, Really Neat Life of Trevor screened at the Los Angeles International Short Film Festival, on New Film TV's television station, and has been picked up by Robert Hyatt of Director's Cut TV for cable distribution.
Jim had his feature script option to Mechaniks (Vivaldi) EXTENDED following positive feedback from investors/producing partners.
